Overview
Bali is Indonesia’s most famous destination, the beaches enticing sun worshippers and its interiors attracting those with more of an interest in Balinese art and culture.
Indeed, many people split their stays on the island, perhaps spending a few nights at one of the luxury resorts on the coast, before heading inland to Ubud where an increasing array of hideaways await. Another option is to escape to a different Indonesian island completely: Bintan, Lombok, Moyo and Java all boasting the kind of tranquillity and luxury that makes visiting them a pleasure.
